NEOT’s Sustainability Report 2024 has been published

NEOT has published its Sustainability Report for 2024 and it is available at the company’s website under the Sustainability section. Sustainability is an integral part of NEOT Spirit, the value foundation of our company, and runs through all our operations.
In 2024, NEOT remained steadfast in securing supply, strengthening resilience, and advancing sustainability. During the year, we did not witness the same level of volatility in the market as we did during the COVID-19 pandemic or the onset of the war in Ukraine. However, the pandemic and subsequent years of uncertainty have undeniably influenced our operations and business dynamics. Today, preparedness and security of supply play an even more significant role in our daily operations.
Our highlights from 2024
- New CEO appointed: A new CEO, Sam Holmberg, joined NEOT in October.
- Response to regulatory changes: Adapting to the new EU Emissions Trading System II (ETS II); Monitored the evolving requirements under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
- Employee satisfaction at all-time high: We’re proud that our employee satisfaction surveys have consistently delivered strong results over the years. 2024 was no different, setting a new record for our highest overall satisfaction score to date.
